304 Stainless Steel

304 stainless is a Chrome-Nickel alloy, and is quite resistant to being magnetized. 304 stainless is a good material for marine applications, and an excellent choice for use in less corrosive environments. It is a less expensive alternative to 316 stainless in applications where cost is an issue, the environment is not severe, and serviceability is important.
